What does a return cost?
For 'Money back' we charge €3.50 for the return label. This is deducted from the amount we refund. For warranty and problems the return label is free.
Paying afterwards with Klarna or Riverty? Then you'll receive an updated payment overview that includes the return costs.
Can I return part of a bundle?
Yes, you can. If the return means the bundle conditions are no longer met, the remaining items are recalculated at the regular price. The difference is settled.
What condition must the product be in?
As far as reasonably possible, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we have received and checked the product, we process the return.
How long does processing take?
Once we receive your parcel, we process the return as quickly as possible. You'll receive an email as soon as processing is complete.
